Our Compliance Schedule Service includes



  • Obtaining and reviewing the Property File from council.
  • Site visits as required by our own IQP inspector to obtain the information relating to the Compliance Schedule update.
  • Liasing with the relevant IQP Contractors for your site, and requesting and obtaining detailed reports from each.
  • Collation of all of the required information into a report and submitting this to council via the Form 11 process.
  • Schematic drawings are in addition to regular service if required.

( ie Upon reviewing the property file, we may find that existing Schematic drawings are sufficient.)


Note that council may implement their own fees in relation to the Compliance Schedule update. 

 

Please be aware that the entire process may take between 2 – 6 months due to the number of people involved and the details required.

You do not need to engage us, or a consulting engineer to carry out this work, in fact you may be able to do it yourself.

However . .

Auckland Council are currently in the process of updating ALL Compliance Schedules across the region.

You may have received a notice such as this

If your Compliance Schedule has been identified as being not fully compliant with the Building Act 2012 amendments, then Auckland Council council require it to be updated and rewritten. It is highly likely your existing BWoF will not be able to be renewed until this work is undertaken.

This means that council require detailed information for each Specified System ie:

  • Make
  • Model
  • Type
  • Performance Standard
  • Detailed Maintenance regime
  • Inspection Frequency
  • Specific Location
  • Schematic drawings
